1. Autonomous; Independent.
2. Each congregation has:
(a) Elders, pastors, shepherds.
(1) Acts 14:23 . (3) 1 Timothy 3:1-7.
(2) Acts 20:17 ,18,28. (4) Titus 1:5-9.
(b) Deacons (1 Timothy 3:8-13; Philippians 1:1).
3. Not one man over one or more congregations, pope, etc. No earthly headquarters.
